How to Order

  1. You may place your order by email info@akusukatas.com or simply sms text us to +62-811-175-701. Do not forget to include your complete name, address and items desired. International buyer is required to inform us their country post code.
  2. We will get back to you with total amount consists of item price and shipping fees. We will be waiting for your confirmation by sms to +62-811-175-701 regarding your payment. Do not forget to inform us from which bank and account owner of payment you made.
  3. If you made the payment before 12.00 PM, we will deliver the items by courier on the same day. However, payment made after 12.00 PM, its items will be delivered by courier on the next day. We will deliver your items by Tiki or Wahana
  4. If your office happens to be in Sudirman-Kuningan-Gatot Subroto-Thamrin area, place your order before 12.00 PM, and the items can be delivered on the same day by our crew, Donna. Free delivery charge. Orders given on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

  • Java & Bali – IDR 15.000 /kg ( 3 – 4 working days)
  • Sumatera – IDR 25.000 /kg ( 3 – 4 working days)
  • Kalimantan & Sulawei – IDR 30.000 /kg ( 4 – 5 working days)
  • Ambon – IDR 40.000 /kg ( 4 – 5 working days)
  • Irian – IDR 60.000 /kg ( 6 – 7 working days)

Notes:

  • For purchase over IDR 400.000, we will subsidize your shipping fee of the amount IDR 10.000 /kg
  • Should you want the items to be sent on the same day, kindly made the payment latest at 13.00 PM.
